Reigning champions in respective leagues to collide May 29th
Fort Wayne, Ind. — Reigning USL2 Valley division champions, Fort Wayne FC, announces they will host Inter Detroit for a friendly match on May 29th at 7pm at Bishop D’Arcy Stadium.
Playing under the Midwest Premier League (MWPL), Inter Detroit currently holds the Great Lakes East division title.
“We greatly appreciate Inter Detroit and their willingness to visit Fort Wayne for this game. Providing an opportunity for our Club to compete against other developmental teams is an important focus for us,” stated Fort Wayne FC Head Coach Mike Avery. “The battle between these two clubs will bring high-level and intense action to the pitch.
